This Week in Art 5.1-5.7: Mika Tajima & Do Ho Suh Win Awards

This was an award-filled week for Art21 roster artists. On Wednesday, Mika Tajima was announced as one of two winners of the 2017 New York Artadia Award. And on Thursday, Do Ho Suh was named the 2017 winner of the $275,000 Ho-Am Prize for the Arts, which honors Koreans who have made significant contributions to the fields of science, engineering, medicine, community service, and the arts. Season 5 artist Kimsooja won the award in 2015.
