Larissa Pham is a visual artist and writer based in Brooklyn, New York. Her work focuses on the accurate representation and evocation of intimacy and nostalgia, and the contemporary understanding of intimacy often tied up in the digital world and artifact—text messages, snapshots; the data that accrues over a lifetime or a relationship.
Pham teaches at the Asian American Writers Workshop and her writing has appeared in The Paris Review, POETRY, Art in America, Bookforum, Guernica, The Nation, Rolling Stone, Village Voice, Verso, Adult Mag, New York Magazine, ELLE, The Rumpus, The Hairpin, Gawker, Garage, Broadly, Packet Bi-Weekly, and elsewhere.
