For the past year, Turkish artist Pinar Yolaçan has lived in São Paulo, Brazil where she is participating in the studio program at Pivo (an experimental art center and cultural association), and creating a new video in collaboration with Brazilian funk dancers and DJ Papaleguas. In the following playlist, Yolaçan brings together different cultures and sounds that flow through her life and studio, from funk carioca and Turkish percussion to Afrobeat and early American R&B.
