• Works by Lucas Blalock (and seven other artists) are on view at Hauser & Wirth (New York, NY) in the group exhibition Fixed Variable. The show explores the “tension between the photograph and the object in light of the new and complex ways that we experience images in contemporary visual culture: mediated by the computer, corrupted by Photoshop, unnoticed and ingrained in the urban landscape.” Closes July 25.

• Works by Louise Bourgeois will be on view at Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art (Middlesbrough, UK) beginning July 18. Highlighting her late work, ARTIST ROOMS Louise Bourgeois: A Woman Without Secrets “will reveal how Bourgeois, working in a variety of materials and scales, explores the mystery and beauty of human emotions.” Closes October 12.

• On the occasion of My Head Became a Rock, now on view at Hauser & Wirth Zürich (Switzerland), Mark Bradford spoke to Artinfo UK about his interest in the nineteenth-century French artist Gustave Caillebotte. Bradford’s exhibition closes July 26.
